• Global market monitoring and analysis in terms of demand for
"Made in Italy" food products, competitors, pricing, legislation;
• Strategic markets and distribution channels selection;
• Offline & online marketing strategy for Ho.Re.Ca. and retail markets definition;
• Relationships development with commercial partners (importers,
distributors) and official country representatives: Department of
Agriculture Extension (Thailand), Coordinator of Economic Events
(Israel), Arab Regional Center for World Heritage (Bahrain) and other
representatives (Morocco, Sultanate of Oman, Qatar, Mexico, Brazil,
Iran, Azerbaijan, Poland, Indonesia, Japan);
• Demand and export sales dynamics monitoring and reporting to GM;
• Budget planning and control;
• Administration office supervising: logistics coordination, commercial documents control;
• Managing contractors: market researchers and interpreters.
